I think the best film this year was Pirates of the Caribbean 2 : Dead mans Chest. But I honestly can't remember what i've watched earlier in the year. If I had a big list I could give you a proper answer.

I would have to say 'The departed'. It really is how films should be made, but haven't been for so long. The cast is awesome as well, Matt Damon, Di Caprio, Nicholson, Wahlberg, Winstone, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin; all directed by Scorsese in a gangster flick...hollywood heaven.

The HANGMAN. a very,very good film indeed.
The Queen. I liked it.
and 3 in 1 film for me was Littleman, funny, sad and Original.
