It would depend on his age...if he is young then yes its normal....but that is a little quick. Why worry about it...again if he is a young healthy male let him "finish" Then for the next 20 minutes or so he can spend pleasuring you....he still has 10 fingers and a tongue.
After 20 minutes of him pleasuring you you will be climbing the walls and he will have another erection. Really don't make a big deal of this...just work around it. In time he will be able to last longer....really he will.

You should talk to him about it. He may have a medical problem. He might need one of those products that guys take or use to "last longer"
Hey, it's either that, or a typical case of selfish sex. I really hope he's not being selfish with sex. Some guys care more about getting off than helping their lover get off. That aint cool.

Did he always do it? If so, its aparentlt normal for him. Try asking him to pleasure himself an hour before you do it and see if it slows him down
