England is a single country.

Great Britain consists of the 3 countries on the main island of Britain - England, Scotland and Wales

The United Kingdom consists of 4 countries, the 3 in Great Britain plus Northern Ireland.

The next step would be what is called the British Isles, and this includes the above 4 plus the Republic of Ireland

United Kingdom - The land mass of the whole Island consisting of three countries England, Scotland and Wales.

Great Britain - Means the same as above. This term is not widely used today.

England - Is One of three countries abiding in the United Kingdom.
