That depends.We manage apts and I get paid from the owners $15 an hr.Usually,tenants moving out clean their own to get back their deposit.Some do,some dont clean.One apt
took me 31 hrs to paint and clean.She had smoked in it for 6 yrs.It depends on location.We are near Lake Tahoe,so hourly is not the high here.In a big city,its more.

cleaning services in Charleston get 45 for a 1br, 55 for a 2 and 75 for a three bedroom from our company.

It depends on where you live and how big the apartment is. I would say that the going rate is about $150. Just a guess!

About $200 to $250..IF you want it done right. Less than that if you are not picky on the quality..
