How can I delete my fantasy basketball account/ league/ team/ everything?

I do not want any trace of fantasy sports on my account and dont want to recieve any mail regarding it either.

Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs files. click game you want to get rid of, to high lite it.delete it, for the mail part,1st email you get,click block sender.
