how do i convert images into html files?

if i upload the image to photobucket and use the URL code, is that html format?

Obiviously NOT! That's just a link to the same image file. So it doesn't change the format. Just a way you can access your uploaded image from your browser.

However, there are some services out there on the Internet you can use to really convert an image to html. http://www.ascii-art-generator.com/ is one of them, which converts your image into a sequence of colored "characters."

yes a url is an html but if it still won't work then try to format it by right clicking on it it should bring up a drop down menu and if it doesn't say format then it can't be formatted . Try to look at the properties of a picture before you download it and it will tell you what it is.

go to www.imageshack.us and upload your file on your pc and then get the direct URL after its uploaded and then isnert the url like this.

I think you dont need to convert it to html but to jpeg format and to do so, open the image you want to convert to jpeg in PAINT (Start > Accessories > PAINT) and just SAVE AS then select SAVE AS TYPE "JPEG"... Easy
