i didn't win them by auction i bought dem

Read the auction- different sellers will state what the terms are.
Typically it's within 3-7 days, although if you contact the seller sometimes they will extend that. There are some auctions that require immediate payment- until you pay, the auction isn't closed and someone else can buy it first, leaving you out of luck! But those are always clearly indicated.

The seller will state that in the auction. Many are 7 days, others are 3 days. Also there are others with shorter periods and longer ones.
Look in the auction you won and it should be in there somewhere.
