Sometimes I feel like I am, but there are many times when the circles start to wobble...at least that makes them interesting :)

why dont you in basic terms flow run? and that does no longer be operating in any respect...you wouldnt accomplish something because you wouldnt be striding...in case you dont opt to flow run outdoors then get a treadmill
