first of all a teacher should not frown at a pupil, just explain that the answer that he/she had given was incorrect. And the muslim faith relies heavily on its followers and if the teacher in question wears a head dress to teach a class, then that is the teachers porocative. And perhaps the students should be more understanding towards the muslim faith

I would find it uncomfortable to talk to a large shapeless figure if the only things I could see were her eyes. Children may all be from muslim families but I don't think this is the case in the news story you are refering to. The non-muslim children may find this woman frightening and therefore maybe not as useful as a classroom assistant as a unveiled one. Surely it is the children we should be concerned about not this woman's religion.

A female mulim teacher is allowed to put off her hijab in the presence of young children.so its not a problem at all as long as the environment is good enough for her to do that.moreover a teacher is not suppose to frown on her student even when they give "stupid answers".

You would still see their eyebrows, they move down and closer together when frowning also their voice would tell the children that they are not plesed. The Muslim women only wear the veils when other males (grown) are about.

This isn't really about teaching, or veils, or womens rights, or muslim rights. It is a straight ahead political attack by one woman against the establishment.
