Actually most of the colleges Toronto are good because of the high standard education system of Canada. George Brown is undoubtedly one of the best community colleges with multi-cultural environment so many new immigrants feel comfortable to study there and you won't feel like an outsider like some other colleges here.George Brown 's record is excellent so far and many graduates from this college are doing excellent in their career fields.Trust me, your decision to join George Brown will never let you down. Good Luck!

If you are a student, go where the students go. Check out where the college's student housing office suggests. Maybe use Ryerson's or UofT's? During the day Sherbourne and King is okay. Nightime, it's no place to be hanging around the sidewalks. Tens of thousands of people live along Sherbourne with all the apartments etc. There is better housing farther south along a street called The Esplanade. If you want to save some money and be downtown you have to keep your head up and look the other way sometimes. Good luck.

It definitely is. Not the best (depending on the program anyways), but its up there for sure.
