There's the girl I know, she lives across the world. I only know her online, but we're like best friends.

When I was emailing with her, she said something about herself that I didn't like, and I have OCD and high anxiety, and I was afraid I in frustration told somebody to hurt her or her family online.

Could anyone hurt her that way? Did I actually do it? I'm convinced I did, but I've been delusioned into other things too. For example, one time I believed I doomed the world to destruction.

Will the girl be okay? Will she forgive me for this? I really can't help it, I'd never want to hurt her.
