ineed to dwonload jap but from another site no puplisher site because it blocked for me .any can help me .....thanks

use a p2p (peer to peer) program, such as..

kaaza ( http://www.kaaza.com )
bearshare ( http://www.bearshare.com )
ares ( http://www.aresgalaxy.org )
limewire ( http://www.limewire.com )
etc..

and be careful, some may say "jap" but they could be trojans, so have your anti-virus turned on when "jap" finishes downloading.
