it depends on the library, and also on the amount of people there. if there are people waiting you should be as fast as possible, so that they can use it too. ask the workers at the library, im sure they wont mind answering you. there may be a sign up near the computers as well. if you dont have to pay to use the computers, then if no one is waiting im sure you could stay on till they close.

Typically, it's limited only by the library's hours. There is rarely a line to use the computers here. They've tried to stimulate their use by having "internet classes" for various groups, especially seniors, but everyone winds up buying their own computer, it seems.

in sf, only 30 minutes and 15 minutes on the express computers

welllll, at wichita public libraries, its an hour. but that could vary city to city..
