snooze time on any electronic alarm clock is 9 mins ,dont know why though.

I think it depends on what kinda mobile phone you have !!!! coz I have a Motorola L7 and I set it sometimes on 8:15 so the 1st snooze time was 8:23 so i guess it's 8 min

it been proven somewher that after 9 min you go back into a deeper sleep, so they wake you up before your snooze becomes a deep sleep again

i've got a vk mobile and a nokia 3510 and they are both 10 mins exactly!
perhaps it allows for how long you ignore it b4 u hit the snooze button!!!

mine has a setting where you can choose how long you snooze...
it's hard to find...
you have to surf thru the settings options , etc or w/e,
maybe under alarm clock setting
