I have a copper banded butterfly too. I named him pennies (get it, copper). Better yet, when i bought him from the pet store the bag was labeled $29.99 but the girl behind the counter was so busy flirting with someone that she rung it up as $2.99. We literally paid Pennies on the dollar for him.

My children and I came up with a few suggestion based on it's appearance. Halo, Tangerine, Blondie, Harmony, Tiger and Tweety. Hope these help. Good luck.

Here's some cute names..... Spook(The fake eye of its tail-used to spook off predators) Sonny-sunny(Bright yellow color) Tiger or tigger(Tiger strips) Or even Casper(Which is alittle out there, for the white on the fish) It's your choice, there is alot of cute names for fish......Good luck on finding your cute fish a name that fits him!

Name it Fancy Fry as it shure would look good - skin on - on a serving platter. Although that will never happen, it does make for a cute name. Just like my gerbil named cat food.

I have a large Orange Sailfin Molly male who has 3 stripes on his tail, and I call him Adidas :D
