Deep Springs College in California. It's totally free for everyone admitted.

The tough part is getting in: They only admit 12 or 13 per year, all men. It's also just a 2-year college, so it doesn't grant degrees, but everybody who gets in and through DS is pretty much guaranteed a free ride as a transfer student at any of the finest universities in the country. Believe me, Admissions departments know about Deep Springs.
