Yes you can get it unlocked providing you find someone who has the right software to do that, however with the three software it would be tricky, you would have to get the software version changed so that a 2g network sim such as voda, o2 or orange etc will work in the handset....also bare in mind that unlocking the phone will invalidate any manufacturer's warranty on the phone, so if you ever have a problem and you need it repairing they won't touch it because it's been tampered with

The phone has only been out for a couple of weeks so no. Usually it's a few months before a handset can be unlocked. the k800i has been out since july and cannot as yet be unlocked. Even if you were to splash out on an unlocked one your 3g sim card would not work on it so bad luck there.

No you can't get 3 phones unlocked, and you can't put your 3 sim into a non 3 phone, crap isn't
