Has anyone experienced this. Lately i have been having constant headaches around those areas everyday without fail. I dont know whats wrong with me. Even when i take pain killers and aleve my headache comes an hour later. I know for the pass couple of weeks i have been stressed out with my job status, my boyfriends(neediness), and my parents(my step-fathers always nervous and fidgety). I have tried to relax and take time out for myself but its kinda hard when your living with your family.

what you have described sounds like tensions headaches. ry to take a walk. you can also have someone rub your shoulders and neck, do stretching exercises on your neck, or leave a stressful situation you do not absolutely have to be in.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Make an appointment to see your doctor or go to a clinic right now. This does not sound like just a headache. It is no good asking us laymen for our opinions as to what could me causing this problem and only medical experts have the knowledge and equipment to do a proper diagnosis.
