We were on talking terms when we worked together-he even came to my leaving do. Now when he sees me, he barely looks at me, and he has such a sour face. Why?

Hard to say without knowing who dumped who, and why...... e.g. if you dumped him so you could go out with someone else.... and the being on talking terms while working together perhaps he just put on because it wouldn't look good in front of everyone else there if you were fighting / ignoring each other.

He has moved on and doesn't want to continue any sort of relationship with you. It hurts, I know, but try to do the same things. It funny, one person can be sooo extremely important to us today, yet in a few months, we have moved on the other people.

He is your EX... forget about it. Why should you care if he ignores you or not? Maybe it is his way of trying to move on.. I think you should let him move on, as well as you should move on too.
