if you have access to a computer send him an e mail asking him for the money, keep the copy of the e-mail. you have to wait 28 days and then go on line and apply to employment tribunal agency . You follow the instructions on line to complete the form and they do the rest. It is free and ACAS will get involved and hopefully with their assistance you will get your money. If you have worked in this country legally ,you are protected by the British employment laws.

You have to go to your local County Court (England & Wales) and ask them for a form to fill in. I think it costs about £30 to start off with, though. You might need some evidence of hours, such as a timesheet. Some employers can be thieving bastards - good luck.

depends on where or whom you worked for. Was it...under the table???(Sssh, don't tell anyone if it was)
If your working for someone and you haven't been paid then you have to bring it up with the people who handle the money. Talk to your boss, supervisor, friend, go to accounting, customer service....like I said...it depends on where or whom you work for.
The best thing to do is bring up bills, I need money to cover this or to pay for that...and make sure you set a plan with your boss as to when you will get paid so you wont have to go through this again.

Better Business Bureau or small claims court. Contact your local attorney general.

Rob the bastards!

But seriously, lets have some more info. Are you still working there? Were you sacked? Did you walk out? Is your boss also a mate? Depending on what the circumstances are, will decide whether you can get your money. Please let us know.

You can get your paycheck by going into your local state employment office and filing a complaint for unpaid wages. Hope this helps.
