Believe me, honey, if he wanted a divorce, he would get one. He's taking you for a ride. You may not be the only woman he is stringing along. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is one of the oldest games in the book. You really don't want this guy ESPECIALLY if he has kids by another woman. Been there, done that! RUN, HONEY, RUN!
It will take lawyers because there are kids involved and she will want child support. No way it will be cheap! RUN!

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't a marriage have to be ended by one of the people actually IN the marriage?

If your guy wants to get a divorce he could do it at any time. Why do you think you need to take control? Do you think you will lose this guy if you don't hurry up and get him yourself? Let him take care of his own life.

Have him go to the county courthouse, File for a non content divorce. They only cost (150.00). Buy if he gets an aterney, then it will cost. Check with your county or city court house. My first wife and I got ours this way.

You are OUT OF BOUNDS with this one. If HE wants a divorce then HE"LL get one, cheap or not.
This is strictly between him & his wife. If you are fully aware of the situation, then you can properly assess things as they are, & decide if it's what YOU want for yourself.
The only situation that you have any control over is YOUR OWN, not his.
