If the world was infected with zombies, that eat people in the most discusting ways.. with blood and everything.. and when they bight you you become one of those cannibal zombie people..

lock all the doors, also baracade them put bords in the windows. and hide under my bed. but that might not work, i would go to one of those under gound things, lock/baracade the door, and hide in the corner

I would take us all and hole up in a local retail park with a home improvement store, furniture store and food store in a row so we could lock everything up, knock thru and survive there killing zombies with garden and kitchen appliances and whatever comes to hand with comfy beds to kip on and a good supply of food and drink!

Barricade myself in a shopping mall and make myself at home, hey.. wait... wasn't that a movie..
Another option would be to find a little island with no population and start a new civilization (Zombie free of course)..

A military base... Zombies have just the basic cognitive functions. You can out wit them, out manoeuvre them, and there are tons of toys to help make a safe living for your family.
