numbers and letters definitely. maybe your birth year, part of your last name, pet's name, and a part of your telephone number.
Make it so that no one else in the world could figure it out in a logical way.

Use a combination of easily remembered words or mnemonics. Password should be ideally 6~10 alphanumeric characters in length. If you can manage to squeeze in some uppercase letters as well, that makes your password much harder to guess and crack. For example, lets make a few rules for your password. Lets say you were born in 1989 You own a Ford Fiesta as your first car An easily remembered non-english word so an example of a password based on the above rules might be like "89Fiestabonjour" or "Fiesta_daytona89" While it's true a random smattering of characters make your password hard to guess, it also makes it much harder to remember. Play around with the rules a bit to make your password a little hard to guess, try not to use dictionary words as it becomes a lot easier to crack using brute force.

Alpha-numeric passwords are always the best. Never have a password that might be the same as something you put in your profiles (if you have one).

it would be good to use those but i would advise you to create a unique one. you may use words like "password" bu then you may one to replace "password" by "pa$$w0rd". Including special characters would be nice and really hard to figure out. Especially if you accidentally shouted your password in a place. You may also want to disable autocomplete.

An abstract password using a combination of special characters, numbers, upper case and lower case letters for example AjjGh$@156. They are hard to remember but very hard to guess because they relate to nothing and means nothing.

Name of someone you know, but take only the first three letters, then add three numbers, like license plate, or phone number, then again three more letters, maybe jumbled up or from something meaningful to you so that you will not forget it easily, and do not put stuff like - or _ or / or \ because their hard to remember. You'll end up with something like this car456big

I like to take a word and change it up.
Like, instead of "angel", try "aingeal".
Adding numbers, or replacing letters for numbers, is always a good idea for security sake (supposedly it is harder to hack).
If it is case sensative, change up some of the capitalization of some of the letters.
