well I really dont know if it would go round or not but I know it would have to do it someway or else one side of the world it would always be dark and on the other it would always be bright. Also gravity may not be so good and the seasons would never change and the world would be all messed up.

You did say Earth. A planet the size and mass of earth could not have a square shape however if its mass was off center it's rotation would eventually lesson and Its more massive side would always point toward the sun..

In no way could the earth go square. It would have been possible if there were not gravity. As long as earth has gravity, it is always gonna be round as gravity pulls everything towars itself.

Think about it, if the earth were square (by which I assume you mean 'cube-shaped'), it most certainly would still spin on its own axis, and orbit the sun. But, slowly, gravity would squeeze it into a ball shape. And its own revolutionary forces would flatten it as it spun. And it would end up, eventually, just the shape it is now!
Isn't science cool?

Yes, because what moves it is the force of gravity, no matter what the shape of the planet is, not any planet has a perfect round form.

Yes, it would keep rotating, but after a million years it would become a sphere again because of the gravity and inertia of the sun and itself

no, the force of gravitation exerted on the earth would be uneven becoz of its shape, it wouldnot go around the sun
