Its about a mom and her daughter move into an apartment and there is this leak that can't be fixed and when the mom goes up to the room that is leakng the mom finds out that a little girl used to live there.The little girl's parents left her in the apartment and the little girl died in the water tower above the apartment building and she comes for the mom beacausse she's never had a nice mom.

saw it dont really remember all i remember is taht i thought it was a lot like the ring the little girl that is dead wants a mom.. or sumtin like that..
