This is not the answer that you would like to hear, probably, but;

A big part of being an adult and claiming to be responsible is doing the right thing.

Have you tried contacting the seller and explaining your situation and asking them if they can help you with this problem.

Many times they (if they can) will help you. I am sure they have been in or know someone who has been in your position.

They aren't out to get you. The majority of the sellers are legitimate people, just trying to make some money, honestly.

I would suggest that you go back into eBay and find the e-mail address of the seller and explain to them your predicament.

But, if they can't help you, then you will do the right thing, I hope, and pay them.

Doing the right thing when you really don't want to will serve to make you the best person that you can be. I promise.
.
You may be able to sell the additional books if you don't want to keep them. The right doors will open for you, if you do things right.

I have made mistakes shopping on eBay myself and I wish you the best of luck. Don't be afraid to try to fix it first. You might be surprised to find how helpful people will be.

They aren't able to give change. You will need to make the money order for the exact amount.

Good Luck to you, Dawn M

they will put a red flag on your account. I recently bid on an item and realized it was in Asian sizes. You have to request the bidder to cancel your bid. it has to be done 13 hrs before the end of the bid. I did this and send an email to the seller requesting another size or cancel my bid. I didn't get a response but they still flagged my account. I am currently trying to appeal since I followed their policty.

If you don't pay in ebay...you might as well jump in bay! That way you won't hear them when they say: "If you can't pay, you can't stay! Thanks for whatever money you sent today, we'll keep it anyway....Have a nice day!"

Well, hey, that's not okay! You may as well stuff your ears with hay. You won't here them say "You can't pay, You can't stay. Thanks for the bit of money you pay. But still, we'll keep it anyway!"
