i'm not entirely sure what this question is asking.

how many bosses can you run away from? i think all but rayquaza.

how many bosses are there in the game? more than 13

how many bosses appear BECAUSE you run away? how many bosses are there WHILE you run away? i really don't know what you're asking.

there are a lot of bosses, but i would have to say 20-25 bosses in all.
