I have blonde, boring hair
I LOVE bright colors
I'm kind of a raver
Cartoon characters own
Oh yeah! I have to wear collared shirts to school!

get a really funky haircut, maybe some streaks
you could use a bag with a cartoon character on it, or with your fave bands all over it. pull on a hot pink hoodie or something over your polo. it all depends on your school rules. if you guys have to wear skirts and kneesocks, throw on some electric green or someother bright color socks & some funky jewely&some converse.

try wearing bright colored ribbons in your hair
try some new make up
wear bright glittary scarves as belts
anything to make your self stang out would help don't be to over the top

mix and match, wear what you like. go against the fashions. i tend to do this, and everybody always tells me how cool my 'style' is. (i.e. on Sunday at church, I wore jeans w/ alot of writing on them and some painted stuff on them, with a black mini over them, and a baby blue superman shirt with a short orange sport jacket.) everyone loved it. OH YEAH, cant forget the BLACK OXFORD CONVERSE ALL STARS! The perfect accessory for any outfit! (even a prom dress at the plaza!)

try doing a different hairstyle or picking up the collars of your shirts. buy t-shirts with your favorite cartoon characters and put them over your polos(collared shirt)

Try fancy sunglasses that no one else has got!
I´m sure you´ll find some that fit your style. And also, there is some quite unique eye wear out there...

ok ummm try doing somthing new to ur hair like making it curly
and get some black high lights
and try to mix and math your clothes like were nice skirts with belts and tigh tight shirts and big hooped earings
