to make ur eyes bigger apply white eyeliner on the inside of ur lower eyelids. and use purple eyeshadows on ur upper eyelids to bring out the color of ur eyes. u can also apply black or dark brown eyeliner on ur upper eyelids and mascara.

Use smokier colors. Deep plums and purples as well as chocolate browns work well. A darker eyeliner applied to the lower lid with a sort of smudged line gives a really dramatic effect. Make sure to apply the darker shadow deep into the crease of the eye. It makes your eyes stand out so much more.

If you want to make brown eyes pop, wear blue eyeshadow. It's on the opposite end of the color wheel, that's why it will make your eyes pop.
I know what you're thinking. Powder blue eyeshadow is scary and it's so~o '60's. As long as you know how to apply eyeshadow, you can wear any color you want. You don't have to get powder blue, too. you can get royal or navy.
