I heard Toys R Us has them. If by any chance your unable to get this costume I think you should be able to make it yourself. Go to party city or anyt halloween store and purchase a blonde wig then buy those teen style clothes she wears, put some make up on and you should be fine...

i don't think they have actual costumes seeing that hse just came out but why don't you improvise get a blond high lighted wig and teen clothes

try party city or super walmart or Super target.I not sure of any where else.Or try a blonde wig with teen girl clothes.
