I live in Georgia, and I'm due to get my liscense soon. Anyways, I've been hearing a lot of things about how you can't get your liscense if you were born in 1993 or later. This doesn't affect me, but no one knows for sure and I want to clear things up.

I don't mean right now. I mean when they turn 16. I heard that if you were born in 1993 or later you can't get your liscense when your 16!

I live in Georgia also.... but if someone was born in 1993 that would make someone 13 at the most right now so they couldnt get their license. My Niece just got hers not too long ago (she turned 16 last december) and my nephew has his permit right now and will have no problem getting his when he turns 16 (next march), he was born in 91 and she was born in 89. Not sure if any of this helps but figured I'd throw it at you anyways!

Of course it's true! If you were born in 1993 you'd be 12 or 13 years old. 12 and 13-year-olds cannot get a license because they are too young.
