No, but it could happon. If the Dealier is a scammer and choices to not report if the car been recondition to a custormer. Try car report. com. And try to get info on the history of the car.
I should have learn when I bought a truck a few years back. Great Deal from the Dealership, to find out that it was recondition.

As I understand it in Texas. it is now a law that you have to give this info on any car you sell or it can be a big ole fine

yes but most wont.. they have what is called the Lemon Law for the ones who do..
