You can go to http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com and get a good recap of what happened, but the way I remember it is this:
We're still at the Others' camp, so the only castaways we're seeing are Jack, Sawyer, and Kate there, but we also return to Sayid, Jin, and Sun on the boat. Juliet (the Other doctor lady) is still trying to get Jack to eat, he takes it, and Juliet goes into this room where Ben is monitoring what's going on in Jack's cell. At the boat, Jack (obviously) still hasn't met up with them,so Jin says it's time to go home. Sayid doesn't want to. It turns out he realizes that Jack, Sawyer, and Kate have been captured, and he wants to dock and build a fire so that the Others will come, and then he (sayid) can ambush them. Not the best plan, I know. In another brilliant move, Sayid tells Sun to go wait on the boat so she'll be safe. In the meantime, the Others have already done some recon and found out that Sayid's got a boat. Ben gets all ticked off and says, "I want that boat!" So when Sayid builds the fire, instead of coming for Sayid and Jin, they come for the boat, where Sun is. Sayid and Jin don't realize it until they hear gunshots and see the boat speeding off. Jin is understandably angry. Sun manages to get off the boat and she and Jin swim to each other, but now they're all three stranded without a boat. Back at the Other's camp, Sawyer and Kate are sent to some sort of work camp where she gets to break up rocks (she's still in her dainty little breakfast dress, remember) and Sawyer gets to haul them off. Sawyer gets shocked with the taser a bunch of times because he keeps smarting off to the Others, and eventually kisses Kate to get them REALLY mad. He's just testing them, though, to see what kind of fighters they are. Oh, and at the end, Ben starts telling Jack about everything that's happened in the outside world since they crashed, like Christopher Reeve dying and George Bush getting reelected, and he says that the Red Sox won the World Series and he and Jack actually get into a fight about that, but then Ben shows him the video of the Sox winning, and he's all, "if you just cooperate, Jack, I can take you home." Oooh!

Kate and Sawyer are used as slaves to clear land for something. Sawyer ends up kissing Kate, and they become more compassionate towards one another. Jack meets Henry Gale for who he really is and discovers that the others do have communication with the outside world, which puts him into a type of shock. Jack is also given a choice to help the others with an unknown project, and if he helps then he'll be sent home. It didn't show what he decided on though.
Sayid, Sun, and Jin travel to the place where Sawyer, Jack, and Kate were traded off. They planned to kidnap 2 of the others, but the others ended up trying to sail off with Sun. Sun jumps out of the boat and into Jins arms.
It was Sun + Jins story. Summarized, Sun had an affair with her English teacher, Suns father caught them and told Jin to have him taken care of and lied that he stole something. Jin beat the English teacher, telling him to run from the country, but the English teacher loved Sun too much and decided to jump out a window. Sun still hasn't told Jin that she had an affair.
Next week on lost we'll discover what happened to Locke. I saw commercials, and he's mute.
