im gay. me and my BF have been together for 5 months. he's in the navy and im going up there to see him at the end of october in chicago. i think he is going to ask me... is it crazy of me to be thinking of marriage at 18? if he ask ill say yes.

Right now Im 19, but I got married at age 18 ( which sometimes I regret doing that). My husband and I dated through my high school year, had a baby, and then got married. Ive been married a year and let me tell you enjoy your young years, explore more and have different options on who is out there. Im not saying I regret being with my husband because I love him to death, but there are lot of things I could of done with my life then to be with him. Maybe when you get married things might change then you will think Damn, I couldnt of been with this person and my life could of been that way instead of this way. Yall only been together 5 months, dont you think you need to date a little longer. My husband and I dated 4 years and Im still learning things about him that I never new. But to get to the point wait a while because as soon as you say I do, that is a committment that you are making for the rest of your life.

im 18 and im currently engaged to my bf of 4 months...it all depends on how u feel....i wouldnt recommend getting married so soon...just say yes but have a long engagment. You two only know each other for 5 months and thats not exactly long enough to know a person before you get married. Just trust your heart and if you dont feel its right then dont do it. If he truly loves you he would respect you if you wanted to wait.

not at all there have been kids as young as 16 geting married. And everyone thinks about getting married at different times in their life. I wish you all the best.
