Johnny Depp is better b/c he has more experience and already has learned from previous mistakes on the other hand with Mr.Bloom he is a talented actor but still has more learning to do.

They are both hot but I would have to say Johnny Depp is better. Been watching him since 21 Jump Street. He does not just pick the safe roles like many actors out there. He could practically play any role.
