Since you are concerned about the temperature and you have brown eyes/hair, maybe you should go as Cinderella. That's what I am going as and I also have brown eyes/hair. If you are with a partner, go as salt and pepper - my partner and I won first prize with these costumes. One is totally black and the other totally white. Thank you for your question.

This should be enough to frighten everybody away, It seems to work every time on my dad when he comes home to late from work and finds my mum looking like that.
