that pic is an avatar. you get that when you create an e-mail address on yahoo. and you can change your name by clicking on your picutre. then that will bring you to another screen. and on that screen there will be a place to change your name, click that and change it!

i dont know about the picture even tho i have one but to change the name click in the corner where it says my Q & A and then it will show you how

go to edit ur info thing and change ur dispay name. and the when u go 2 ur email it will say get ur avatar know or w/e when u scroll over the blank pic. hope that helps ya.

you would go to mail then click on the box where the picture is supposed to be
