I have had my done for three years and nothing has happened even though I am not trying to get pregnant. It also depends on how your tubes where tied if there is a possible chance. Mine where cut and burned so there is no chance of getting pregnant. You can talk with your doc to see how it was done and if you can get them reversed but it will cost some money to have that done.

girl let me tell u what happened to me. i ahd my tubes tied on january 19, 2004 after the birth of my 5th child. a little boy. well i spotted here and there for about a year. some months not having any spotting some months havin it. and on june 27, 2005 this liquid started running down my leg while i was at kmart shopping. i went home and took a shower thinkin i had stared my period or something and it was clear fluid. i didnt know what was happening. mind you my other children were 4 c-sections and 1 natural birth but it was induced and my water was broken by the doctor so what i was goin through i had no idea. i started gettin cramps so i am thinkin myperiod is on the way. they kept gettin harder and harder. so i went to the er and i told them my tubes were tied and what was goin on. they swabed the fluid and it was amniotic fluid. they rushed in with an ultrasound to see if maybe i was havin a misscarriageor and ectopic pregnancy. well what they found was surprising. they said i was about 38 weeks pregnant and my water broke and we are goin for a c-section right now. then my beautiful baby Jaida was born. it was the most crazy thing that had erver happened to me. i couldnt believe it. she was hidin way in the back of my stomach and like i said i was spotting and eveything. the doctor told me there was on pin hole in one of my tubes and thats how she came to be. after that they cut and burned my tubes. great story huh. i cant wait to tell here about her miracle arrival when she gets older. it was great because i only had 1 daughter and 4 boys. so it was a great miracle. she is here for some reason. God made sure of that.

An older friend of mine, had her tubes tied about 6 years ago...she got pregnant about 2 years after that, and is currently pregnant with twin boys...so I guess there is always a chance.

Probably none....i've researched this on the web and unless it's an accidental pregnancy in the first year, the chances are really slim!

YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED THAT ONCE THEY WERE TIED BUT SOME SAY THERE'S NO CHANCE AT ALL OTHERS SAY 1% HOWEVER THE PREGNANCY WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE ECTOPIC.
