On this planet there are 24 different recognised time zones, each 1 hour apart.
Universal Time is "Greenwich Mean Time" (zero time) other times can be counted as GMT + or - hours.
Time on the moon is counted as GMT.
However, there are GMT + or - minutes, seconds and fractions of seconds = so now it can be any, or all, times (if you are sitting exactly at the temporal north or south pole, it is any or all times (actually this is not completely true, several countries claim the North pole, giving it a number of different times :))
Other planets spin quicker or slower than the Earth, so their hours may be shorter, or much longer, than ours.
