I find that Revlon colourstay foundation is the best. I have the same skin type. You need to balance the moisture in your skin first. If you have dry areas this indicates that your skin is dehydrated. Make sure you drink at least a litre and a half of water a day. Oily skin is the best type of skin to have as you will age far less. So don't go using products for oily skin as it will strip your oil and make the condition of your skin worse. Hope this helps. Ink

i have very similar skin. I have gone through many foundations and the one I have found to be the best is Maybelline pure h20. it's mostly water, so it doesn't make your skin even more oily. It has also helped with breakouts on my skin. It also doesn't irritate the sensitive areas of my skin.

Regene's Pore Control Moisturizing Essence is great under any water based foundation. It helps controlling the oiliness and dryness at the same time. I had the same problem and now I got the answer.
