Use "Alt + Printsceen" in combination. Then you can paste your screen-capture where ever you want (Word / MS-Piant / even Excel!! -- or paste it into an E-mail window -- but it's a megabyte hog).

Its the 1st key after the F keys, it should say print screen, you will need to hold down control whilst using the print screen button.

Normally situated on the top line of the keyboard on the right hand side

just right click on the part of the screen that you want to print and click on print that easy you could also look on your key board to see if it as a key that says print screen

To print the screen you can print it by pushing the button...
In the row Of F keys:
example:
F1 F2 F3 ...
Once you hit F9 go up one and look to the right.
Their should be a buttom saying Prnt Scrn

Its called 'print screen'/ 'PRT SCR' (normally at the top of the key board). then go into word/picture and paste (ctrl V or right click and press paste.

it depends on your keyboard. but to standard keyboards, the print screen key is after the F12 key. i hope i did help you...
