Don't be too down, y'know? Think of the Phoenix, that legendary bird. He embodies the idea that no matter how bad things get, or how low you go, there is nowhere to go but up and things will certainly improve! You are cerrtainly a sensitive person to share how you feel, and that's just one of the wonderful things about you, isn't it? Now, picture this: Somewhere in Upstate New York there is a tall building. I work there. It is the tallest in this little town. I will leave here in one hour. Just for you I will go to the roof and yell: HEY! CHEER UP! I will face each of the four points of the compass when I do my cheer-up shout, so that I'll have at least a 25% chance of facing in the right general direction at least once.
I will ask the wind to carry this to you, wherever you be. See, I am in a terrific mood, and I feel so good today, that I want to share it, let loose some of this wonderful energy.

The fact that God woke you up this morning and gave you another day is what always makes me feel better, focus on the positive and less on the negative. Jesus loves you and feels your pain. Weeping may endure for one night however joy will come with the day. Cheer up, things will eventually get better. Trust me there is always someone out there who is suffering more than you. So, call a friend (trusted) and discuss what you can do to make your day better, sometimes just a talk makes it better, prayer always works for me. Good luck I hope you are feeling better really soon, Turn on some music and dance. If the depression does not begin to lift you may need to seek some professional assistance, some times depression can be caused by a chemical imbalance. Eat a piece of chocolate. God bless

when you are sad, like right now, look around you and see everything that was created just for you. Being sad is just part of living, you have ups and downs, but you should always remember the good times. Think of all the people who love you and need you. I have been sad for a long time, but I always get out of it by doing this and thinking of all the people who are having an even harder time than mine....and you should always remember something else....you are beautiful and many people love you!!

The sad and depressed realize that everyone else is exactly like them and they do not feel so bad anymore. They show a little more compassion for someone else who is maybe less fortunate than themselves.
Look around, at your friends, acquaintances, family members, co-workers, we all deal with the same BS, day in and day out. Everyone is entitled to a "pity party", it is understandable. We live in very difficult times, and it becomes hard to process all the "stuff" that goes on around us. Hang in there, because we all "feel you". Concentrate on all the blessings you have in your life.

It will get better. Write down your thoughts on paper. Many of the very sad and depressed have made wonderful works of art through their writings or artwork, like poetry or painting. Your emotions are best expressed. It will help in the healing process of whatever has got you sad and help to understand things better.

Well I think anything can happen to anyone but if your really sad and alone it can be harder on you than if you were with someone that you can talk to , I don't know your problem but maybe I can help if I know your problem. but if not OK..... all I can say is find someone you trust and talk...... If you don't have anyone you can talk with me

it will get better. if you make it better it will get better faster. if you need counseling, get it. it is ok to need help. it is not ok to need help and not seek it.
