i posted a question called "what should i do?". i think you should read it then return to this question. Mark just asked me to the fall dance that my school has for all the eigth graders every year. Michael doesn't have a date yet but i think he's gonna ask Chelsey. she is nice and she is one of my friends but i know that she does hurt a lot of guys feelings. basically she's a player. i used to like Michael a couple of years ago and i also liked Mark then. but i recently i found out that i really like Mark. Michael doesn't like me anymore but we are like some of the closest friends. one of my bestest friends, Jessica likes Cruz and he asked Cassy to the dance so i'm trying to calm her down. but i'm having trouble figuring out my own feelings. but i not exactling sure if Michael doesn't like me anymore because Mark ask me before anyone asked anyone. i'm really confused.

I think you should go to the dance with mark and stop worrying about michael.. I think if you spent more time with Mark you'd find out whether or not you like him or michael. Its very normal to be in this kind of dilema and i honestly think you should think about yourself because you're more important than michael's feelings... just hang out with mark more and talk to michael and after awhile it'll become clear who you like :0) good luck and have fun at the dance! :0)

Tell Mark 'yes' and go to the dance with him.
You could end up without a date at all if you play yourself short.
