You should be able to see that information in the DHCP section of you router's information. You can normally get into the router information by typing it's IP address into Internet Explorer as if it were a web page name.

If you do not know that IP address of the router, click on Start and select Run. Type in: cmd
In the window that appears type in: ipconfig
Should display four lines of network information. Last one should be Default Gateway, and have a number like 192.168.0.0. That is the IP address of your router
Type that number into the address area in Internet Explorer

The router page should open. Look for a DHCP section. Should list the computer names of any IP that have used your network. Good luck tracing those names back to the owner of the PC (unless they were dumb enough to use their real name as the computer name...)

If you have unknown computers on your network, you need to secure it. If someone where to use your network to download child porn, or copyrighted material (movies, music), or SPAM, sent threatening e-mails, solicit children, etc, you could find yourself facing civil fines or criminal charges for their actions. The authorities can only trace the abuse as for as your router. Since you own it, you are responsible. Good luck proving that someone else did it.
