When I was younger and in middle school the girls used to wear black eye liner around their lips , so i used a black permanet marker. I don't know what the hell I was thinking. I also put on way too much foundation once and it started to look orange.

My experience was more painful...perhaps a bit stupid to boot haha.
I was getting all done up, and put on mascara, shortly after this my eyes began to burn like crazy and my vision went blurry...this was when I first realized that mascara has expiration dates but its not required by law that makeup have these shown!!! So I now know mascara lasts the shortest amount of time and is the likeliest to cause infections, such as pink eye. Well thats my story, it sucked badly!!

An L'Oreal demonstration party I went to in the 70s.
They chose me as a model cuz I had a perfect soft skin (like a peach).....of course I removed the make-up before I went to bed that night, and discovered the next morning my "perfect" skin had become very imperfect....it never got completely back to the way it was before the party. Grrrrr.
