Sure. I do it all the time. But when cleaning the keyboard, it is best to have the computer off. Vacuuming the keyboard without turning the computer off is generally safe, but you never know, you might push keys that might start something off. Certainly, you should not have anything running while doing it, for that reason. And I usually turn the keyboard over and tap it some so that unsuspected crumbs and whatnot will fall out....

It is an excellent solution, unless you have an old keyboard with loose key caps . . . then just use the canned air to blow it out. While you are at it, vacuum out the dust in the CPU, dust buildup causes boards to overheat and shortens electronic life span/

Yes it is ok. A more effective tactic is to turn it upside down and give it a good spanking then use the vacuum backward or compressed air to blow out the dust.

No get "Dust Off" from Best Buy or any office supply store. I has a thin attachment that can go between the keys and blow dust out of the fan (fans can get dust bunnies)

No! It's not a good idea to vacuum any part of ur computer. Vacuuming can create static electricity and short it out.

Get some compressed air. It will blow the dust out and you can get it from an office store. Get more help from www.andytechnologies.com
