who sings like an angel..... Beautiful voice.... truly.
O.K., these might not be singers you are familiar with because
they don't sing "rock" or "rap" or "alternative"..... but, you did say
"of the world" and there are lots of different types of artists.
Personally, I love music..... so, I listen to ALL types. There are
some great artists in every genre. These are the ones that
popped into my mind first because of their outstanding singing
voices.........

Females - Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders)
