Palm TX turning on for no reason?

Question

I got the TX about a week ago and I love it, however, after I have turned it off and its not plugged in it keeps coming on every 2min or so. It does shut of in aobut 30 sec but it comes on once more in this pattern. This happens all night long and slightly drains my battery. Tips?

P.S. When I say it comes on I mean it just lights up at w/e screen I was at last.

My Tungsten T3 does that in TCPMP for Palm but this incident happens much less frequency here; set it to Home screen solves it.
