umm you don't neccesarily have to start so young but if you feel it is right then go for it.
1.get close to him
2.make sure hes actually looking at you
3.look into his eyes and he'll get the message
4.lean forward and hope for the BEST!!!!!!!!
anyway don't try to get too serious, too soon because then your relationship may only be based on this "kissing"

okay I am most close to your age so what I did at Homecoming was start slow, kiss him on the cheek make it special and the you move in closer! So don't try to rush into it, it's not as fun or as special!

Make eye contact. Breathe. Get closer to him and touch his lips with your lips. Start pecking, then move around with your lips, then stick out your tongue and stick them into his mouth. Have fun exploring!
