i heard this single and didnt really like it (maybe i will when radio 1 stop playing it to death). this really put me off buying the new album but after hearing it its actually really good. when you were young is probably the weakest song on there. my favourites are probably 'my list' and 'read my mind'. what do people think?

ok yes i know its the record company that chooses the singles.
i loved hot fuss as well thats why i was worried about the new album when i heard the first single.

i bought it the other day and i dont think its strong as they're first one but i agree with u read my mind is so much better but i do like when u were young, can i jst talk about how good the first one was i nearly know all the songs on it word for word, favourite is believe me natalie and midnight show!!!!!!!!!

I think that it is a strong song and really accentuates the rest of the album and shows that they are more than just "Mr. Brightside," but obviously we disagree, because i have loved all of the Killers' singles thus far. I am looking forward to more of their wonderful music hitting the airwaves soon.

I think the whole thing is great and that any of the songs would have been successful but.....they have to pick the one who would appeal the the most people, so they will give the rest of the album a chance.

On the contary, i think it's one of the strongest records on the album and most commercial. It's often the record company who decide what songs are released anyway and they never have a clue

Personally I think your Wrong about 'when we were young',
I had it on my Ipod walking down the High st,and it made the
Hairs on the back of my neck stand up.....I think it is
a powerful Anthemic Tour de Force So there
